Brown Eggs

Here’s something to remember: the color of the egg’s outer shell has nothing to do with the nutritional value of the egg itself. Brown and white eggs have the same nutrients, but brown eggs costs more. If you really want to have the best nutrients from an egg, buy the ones whose packages say that it contains high omega-3 fats content. These ones cost a bit more, but it’s worth the price.

Turkey Bacon

Love eating bacon for breakfast but want to lose weight? Then eat turkey bacon because it’s healthier – no, scratch that, it may not be an healthier option since there are ingredients added to make it taste like “real” bacon. Also, the fat, salt, calories are the same with regular pork bacon and turkey bacon.

Frozen Fruits and Vegetables

Ever heard people say that fresh fruits and vegetables are better than frozen ones? Well, experts say that this isn’t true. There is nothing wrong in choosing frozen ones, especially if they aren’t in season. If you choose the frozen ones, you actually get the healthier option since they are frozen at peak ripeness.
